This position will require you to work on a 2 week-in, 2 week-out work rotation.

The selected incumbent work from blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair various types of facilities and structures; inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work by contractors; estimate cost, time and materials for carpentry projects; participate in the maintenance and operation of the carpentry shop. 

 

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a growing company. This position would be on a 3X3 rotation.

TMAC Resources is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join the Site Services team at TMAC Resources. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, excavators, and other pieces of equipment.  The Heavy Equipment Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.

 

This is a hands on position that requires experience in best practice safety, mining and maintenance methodologies to manage the activities involved in the assessment, and operation of the equipment for the Hope Bay Site.

 

This role will report to the Site Service Supervisor. The position is located at the Hope Bay Project site in Nunavut, Canada and will require regular rotational travel to and from the site (2 weeks in/ 2 weeks out).
